SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY FEES
Packages up to 5kg per order are charged a flat fee of $12.50 to cover postage and handling. 

Express Post Delivery, a $21.50 flat fee will apply. Please note that Express Post is from regional area and may not guarantee faster delivery. Please phone us if you require fast delivery.


GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS
Beechworth Sweet Co takes great care with your order to ensure it arrives in
excellent condition. Deliveries will be dispatched Monday – Thursday to ensure your sweets are delivered in perfect condition and not affected by hot weatehr in transit over weekends . If there is a problem with your order or an item cannot be supplied The Beechworth Sweet Co will contact you promptly

 ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries to capital cities will usually be delivered within 2 – 4 business days,
excluding Perth and Darwin which will usually be delivered within 4-6 business
days. Deliveries to remote regional and outlying areas and to addresses in
remote Western Australia, islands off the coast of Tasmania, Far North
Queensland and the Northern Territory may take between 9-26 days. Shipping
times may be affected by public holidays and peak delivery periods. Orders
placed after 12.00pm on Thursday will be held until Monday morning to avoid
extended transit and storage in potentially hot warehouses over the weekend.
During periods of extreme weather, we will hold your parcel and you will be
contacted if this is the case. You will be sent a tracking number for your parcel.
Please contact us if there are any issues with your parcel when it arrives.

LOSS AND DAMAGE
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer once goods are
dispatched. If an order is lost in transit, orders will not be replaced until the
original order has been located and returned to The Beechworth Sweet Co. Beechworth cannot accept liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery. Additionally The Beechworth Sweet Co may contact you to discuss delaying dispatch of an order due to weather conditions, if the customer chooses to have order sent, The Beechworth Sweet Co will not claim responsibility for weather related damage.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the obligation of the customer to ensure the recipient’s delivery address is
correct. Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly
delivered goods or undelivered goods without compensation. We accept no
liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods.
ADDRESS TYPES
For business and institutional addresses, we accept no responsibility for
delivered items that are redirected to other departments or areas.

CLICK AND COLLECT
Click and collect option is available in place of shipping. This is free of charge. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be complied. In addition, please await confirmation email to confirm your order is ready for pick up before attending the store to collect. All orders are to be collected from The Beechworth Sweet Co, 7 Camp St, Beechworth, VIC, 3747. Orders will be held for 14 days. If orders are uncollected or cancelled there will be partial refund of your order less $10 and 10% of the order value.
